Castle Rock Shores is located on the Western Shores of Castle Rock Lake. It consists of 12 Waterfront Lots and 46 Off-Water Lot with Pier Rights.

Castle Rock Shores is one of the lake's oldest developments. Lot sizes range from 1/2 acre - 3/4 acre. Prices for off-water lots with pier rights range from $29,900 - $39,900. There have not been any waterfront lots available for many years.

The association owns one "outlot" with it's own frontage on a quiet bay of Castle Rock Lake. There is limited dock space available and you may need to be put on a waiting list. You can however, keep a canoe or small fishing boat on the shoreline or fish from shore if you prefer.
