Copper Point is located on the Western Shores of Castle Rock Lake. There are 2 phases of Copper Point. Phase 1 consists of 12 Waterfront Lots averaging just over 3 acres each. Phase 1 is not part of the sanitary district.

Phase II consists of 26 off-water lots with limited pier rights, 47 lots with frontage on a beautiful large inland pond (great for swimming or paddle boating), and 62 waterfront lots. Phase 2 is part of the local sanitary district, so no private septic is required.

Phase II of Copper Point offers a indoor waterpark and other association ammenities. Dues are currently set for about $1,200 / year. Copper Point off-water lots range from $80,000 - $100,000. Pond Lots range from $150,000 - $160,000 and waterfront lots range in price from $350,000 - $600,000.
