O'Dells Bay is located on the Western Shores of Castle Rock Lake. It consists of 50 Waterfront Lots and 76 Condos. O'dells Bay is part of the local sanitary district, so no private septic is required.

O'Dells Bay offers ammenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with an excersise room. Association fees are about $600/year and condo fees will average about an additional $110/month. O'Dells Bay is the first development on Castle Rock Lake to offer such ammenities, and is a very established development. There is also one of the lakes most popular restaurant / bar / marinas (The Dirty Turtle) located within O'Dells Bay.

Homes in this community will range from about $450,000 - $800,000. There are 3 separate condo associations offering condos from 1 - 3 bedrooms and priced from $250,000 - $500,000. There are also 2 man-made ponds in O'Dells Bay that are great for swimming, fishing, canoeing and paddle boating. There are no motorized watercraft allowed on these ponds.
